The Phonak ChargerGo RIC Infinio is a travel-friendly, portable charging case designed with an internal power bank. Built exclusively for Phonak’s high-performance Infinio platform, it completely eliminates the need for an external clip-on battery pack.

Key Benefits and Features

- 3 Full Wireless Recharges: The internal lithium-ion battery pack stores enough standalone power to fully charge a pair of dead hearing aids up to 3 separate times without needing to plug into a wall outlet.
- 3-Hour Rapid Cycle: When connected to external power, it takes just 3 hours to completely recharge both the hearing aids and the case’s internal battery simultaneously.
- Emergency Fast-Charge: Dropping flat devices into the wells for just 15 minutes grants roughly 30 minutes of emergency runtime.
- Magnetic Smart Alignment: Features heavily magnetized charging slots. Placing your aids close to the slots allows them to automatically snap into perfect structural contact alignment every time.
- Magnetic Lock-Top Lid: The rugged outer shell features a secure magnetic closing lid that shields your sensitive hearing technology from pocket lint, travel impacts, and dust.

Platform Compatibility Check

The ChargerGo line is split into two distinct physical variations based on the shell geometry of your Infinio model. You must purchase the precise variant that matches your hearing devices:

Phonak ChargerGo RIC I: Molded explicitly for the standard Audéo Infinio (I-R) and CROS Infinio (I-R) hearing aids. It will not fit the wider Sphere models.
