Phonak hearing aid domes are small, flexible silicone tips that attach to the end of the receiver or slim tube to protect the device and optimize sound delivery. Selecting the right dome depends entirely on your specific model generational version (like the newer 4.0 generation for Marvel, Paradise, Lumity, and Infinio lines) and your specific degree of hearing loss.

Core Styles & Audiological Fit

Open Domes: Best for mild, high-frequency hearing loss. They feature multiple holes that let natural bass sounds pass through, completely preventing a “plugged up” feeling (occlusion effect).
Vented Domes: Best for mild-to-moderate hearing loss. They retain a minor vent to alleviate pressure while sealing enough to amplify essential lower frequencies.
Power Domes: Best for moderate-to-severe hearing loss. These use a double-skirted, closed design to maximize amplification and block out ambient noises.
