The Phonak Charger Virto I (also referred to as the Phonak Charger Virto Infinio) is the official, dedicated charging dock engineered specifically for Phonak Virto R Infinio custom rechargeable in-the-ear (ITE) hearing aids.

It features an ultra-intuitive, foolproof dock designed to make daily charging effortless for users of all dexterity levels.

Core Features & Specifications

“Snap and Charge” System: Equipped with 360° magnetic retention. You simply release the custom hearing aids over the dock, and they instantly snap and align themselves securely onto the charging contacts.
Interchangeable Charging Ports: The charging bays are not side-specific. You do not have to worry about which device goes into the left or right slot; either hearing aid can be placed into either port seamlessly.
Rapid Charging: A full charge takes 3 hours to complete, which powers the hearing aids for up to 30 hours of standard use or roughly 16 hours with heavy Bluetooth streaming.
Automated Power: The hearing aids automatically switch off the moment they dock and instantly power back on when lifted out of the charger.
Mains-Powered Connectivity: This specific case utilizes a standard USB-C power input and requires being plugged into an external wall adapter during charging (it does not feature an internal power bank for off-the-grid charging).
